No problem at all. A post with a few options for the Punisher is up. I've converted Black Widow from the TSR Marvel Superhero RPG stats. This means the build isn't very points efficient in Power Legion. Just making her Agility d10 would be cheaper as you can drop the Martial Arts and Marksman. She'd be 679 points if you do that.
