Power Legion - Watchmen

This is a follow on to the Minutemen post and provides Power Legion statistics for their successor team the Watchmen.  Like the Minutemen most of the team don't have any superpowers except for the notable exception of Doctor Manhattan who is gradually losing his grip on his humanity.

The first character is the Comedian the only hero was a member of the original Minutemen team. The character was inspired by the Charlton character The Peacemaker.
